Online Registrations
1) To be a participant you need to apply courses by using online registration system.
2) To complete your apply, payment must be done. Participation fees depends on payment date. After payment your apply will confirm as fast as possible.
3) Health document is not necessary for Geyik Kosulari courses.
Prices And Participation
- Limited charity partner Tohum Registrations are possible at race kit distribution points, if free bibs are available. For details click here.10TL of registration fee of 4K/8K/14K courses , 5TL of Bambi course will be transferred to our charity partner; TOHUM between Charity Register Dates.
- Registration will be finalized when the payment is confirmed. In case of a cancellation (regardless of the reason), limited repayment will be made as announced.
- Courses accept limited number of runners. Entries might be closed earlier than announced if number is reached for 14K: 540 runners, 4K: 500 runners.
- Registration will be finalized after the payment is confirmed.

Payment
Payment can be made only by credit card. For credit card particiapants need to use their account to register courses.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If participation in the race is canceled for any reason, the following refund conditions apply:
- The contract you will sign pursuant to Subparagraph G of the 1st paragraph of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts dated 27 November 2014 is within the scope of the right of withdrawal exceptions. For this reason, although we accept the relevant contract, we inform you that it is unfortunately not possible for you to use the right of withdrawal.
- Participation in the Geyik Koşuları can be made at www.geyikkosulari.com with a participation fee to be collected using a credit or debit card. After the payment is made, the registration will be completed. Payments made by credit car, debit card or money order will be binding, non-deferable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable subject to local written law.
As Macera Akademisi, within the scope of competitor satisfaction;
- For cancellations up to 30 days before the race, 75% of payment amount will be refunded. For cancellation requests less than 30 days, no refund will be made.
- Race fee and chest number cannot be transferred to another race or to another person.
- Competitors registered for the race can receive their chest numbers and participate in the race, with whom or showing an equivalent document.
The terms of changes:
- Registration and bib numbers are not transferable. Only registered runner is allowed to participate.
- Changing race distance can be available only between online registration dates if quotas of courses are not full.
- If new race(distance) is more expensive than registered already, payment difference payment must be paid.
- No refund for changing into cheaper race.
- No changes possibe after the online registration deadline.
Getting Eligible and Pre-Requisites

- Everyone who is older than 18 years old can participate in 28K races.
- Everyone who is older than 18 years old can participate in 14K races.
- Everyone who is older than 16 years old can participate in 8K course. Teenagers who are elder than 16 years old can participate with their parents' authorization document or showing athletics licences is valid in 2022.
- Everyone who is older than 10 years old can participate in 4K course. Teenagers who are elder than 10 years old can participate with their parents' authorization document or showing athletics licences is valid in 2022.
-Participating in the short trail (as defined by ITRA) races do not need any health document and athlet licence. Need to sign the waiver which is supplied by organization.
Paralympic, Disabled and Special Athlete Registration
* No special category is opened for Paralympic, disabled or special athletes in Geyik Koşuları race. Athletes with physical and mental abilities required by each race (natural conditions, steep climbs and descents, narrow paths, mud and overturned tree paths, etc.) participate equally and are evaluated in general and age classification. For the safety of those competing and participating, there is a quota for disabled and special athletes. Those who comply with International Paralympic Committee’s(IPC) Athlete Referance Guide may apply for this quota.
* In the 4K-8K-14K and Bambi courses, the first 5 disabled athletes are free to participate (total 5 people for 4 courses). For requests of more than 5 people, 50% discount is offered.
* Disability report or special athlete license must be declared.
* Participation with wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs is not accepted as it is a path course.
